高校实验室安全检查指标体系的研究

摘　　要：首先将高校实验室安全检查指标划分为组织体系、规章制度、安全教育、实验室环境与管理、安全设施、水电安全、化学安全、生物安全、辐射安全、仪器设备安全、个人防护与其他等11个大类,研究并设计了"高校实验室安全检查项目表",共计11大类、40小类、235条款,建立了高校实验室安全检查指标体系。该指标体系可使实验室安全督查和自查更具针对性、操作性、指导性,对排除安全隐患、降低事故发生概率、推进实验室安全工作具有非常重要的意义。At first,safety check indexes for university labs have been divided into 11 classes,which are the organization system,the regulation system,the safety education,the lab environment and management,the safety facilities,the water and power safety,the chemical safety,the biological safety,the radiation safety,the instruments and equipment safety,and the individual protection.Based on these eleven classes,the Safety Check Items List for University Labs including 40sub-classes and 223 items has been researched and designed.And the safety check index system for university labs has been further established.This index system can make the safety inspection and self-examination more targeting,more operational and more instructive.It is also of vital significance for reducing the occurrence probability of accidents,and promoting the safety work in university labs.
