基于北约编目思想的高校实验仪器设备编目体系设计

摘　　要：借鉴北约编目系统设计思想,针对目前高校实验室对设备管理采用的"一物一码"的物资编码方式存在的缺陷,提出仪器设备编目体系的设计思路,这种思路不仅适用于高校仪器设备信息化管理,而且也适用于其他各行业的设备信息化管理。This paper is based on NATO＇s cataloging idea and the existing standards of the Ministry of Education,i.e.,＂Fixed Assets Classification and Coding for Universities＂and＂The Code of Universities and Scientific Research Institutions,＂in this system,and the unique identification code and the inherent characteristics attribute code of the instruments and equipment are separated.In addition,this paper summarizes the instrument and equipment＇s key attributes and the method of confirming the attribute value.In this way,the traditional coding system using the model of＂One item,One name,One code＂will be transformed into the cataloging system using the model of＂One item,One name,One code,one string data of describing attribute,＂meanwhile,a series of difficult problems in existing coding system will be solved.The resource of instruments and equipment can be shared among different universities based on the system.
