摘　　要：阐述了大型仪器在高校教学科研中的地位。苏州大学分析测试中心拥有众多大型仪器设备,中心从集中管理、培训上机、预约共享、有偿服务、激励机制、业务交流以及规章制度几个方面着手,最大限度地提高大型仪器利用率,保证教学科研目标顺利完成。This article illustrates the status of large-scale instruments in teaching and scientific research of universities.Testing and Analysis Center of Soochow University has many large-scale instruments,the Center improves the utilization ratio of large-scale instruments from the following aspects：centralized management,training,reservation sharing,paid service,incentive mechanism,business exchanges and rules-regulations,so that the goal of teaching and scientific research can be successfully completed.
