视频脑电图在癫癎诊疗中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨视频脑电图(V-EEG)对癫癎诊断及治疗的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析本科收治的211例癫癎患者视频脑电图和常规脑电图监测的临床资料,总括临床发作与癎样放电情况。结果:本组211例患者中,常规脑电图监测发现临床发作13例,癎样放电59例,同时发现临床发作和癎样放电4例;视频脑电图(V-EEG)监测发现临床发作109例,癎样放电137例,同时发现临床发作和癎样放电89例。在监测临床发作和癎样放电过程中,视频脑电图均比常规脑电图阳性率高。结论:视频脑电图在癫癎诊疗中具有较高的临床应用价值,明显提高了癫癎的确诊率。Objective： To explore the value applied of video electroencephalogram （ V-EEG ） in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. Methods： Clinical data of V-EEG and routine electroencephalogram （R-EEG） of 211 patients with epilepsy were analysed retrospectively. Results： In 211 patients, in R-EEG monitoring, 13 cases were of clinical seizures, 59 cases were of epileptoid discharge, and 4 cases were of clinical seizures and epileptoid discharge, in V-EEG monitoring, 109 cases were of clinical seizures, 137 cases were of epileptoid discharge, and 89 cases were of clinical seizures and epileptoid discharge. Positive rate of V-EEG was higher than that of R-EEG. Conclusion：V-EEG has important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and can significantly raise the diagnostic rate of epilepsy.
