摘　　要：肝脏是胃癌转移的主要靶器官,胃癌一旦发生肝转移,手术、放化疗等效果均不理想。基因治疗为胃癌肝转移患者提供了一种新的治疗方式。近年来,基因治疗在基础研究阶段和临床前期研究中显示出强大的生命力并获得可喜成果。国内外学者从分子遗传学和分子生物学的发展及基因工程技术等方面对胃癌肝转移进行了更深入的研究,基因治疗表现出良好的临床应用前景。The liver is the main target organ of metastasis of gastric cancer,in case of liver metastasis of gastric cancer,the effect of operation and chemotherapy is not ideal,and the gene therapy is a new therapeutic option,which in recent years,has seen strong vitality and many gratifying achievements in the basic research and preclinical study. The liver metastasis in gastric cancer has been deeper studied from the molecular genetics,molecular biology and gene engineering technology,and a good prospect in clinical application is seen.
