鲁北地区60例大肠癌组织中IDO的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析大肠癌组织中吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)的表达及临床意义。方法选择2009年6月至2010年5月滨州医学院附属医院经病理科诊断为大肠癌的成套石蜡组织标本60例,通过免疫组织化学法检测IDO的表达情况,分析IDO的表达与临床病理特征间的关系。结果 IDO在大肠癌原发灶、癌旁正常组织、有淋巴结转移灶及无淋巴结转移淋巴结中的IDO高表达率分别为75.0%、18.3%、35.3%、50.0%。原发灶中IDO的表达强度与N分期、Dukes分期、p53表达有关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,大肠癌原发灶中IDO和p53表达具有显著的正相关性(rs=0.352,P=0.006)。结论 IDO在大肠癌组织中表达明显上调,与肿瘤分期密切相关,可作为判断大肠癌预后的一个指标。IDO和p53的表达关系密切,两者可能共同参与大肠癌的发生、发展。Objective To analyze IDO expression in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The complete sets of paraffin tissue samples of 60 patients diagnosed as colorectal cancer in Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from Jun. 2009 to May 2010 were collected,the IDO expressions of the cases were detected by immunohistochemical methods to analyze the relationship between IDO expression and clinical pathological features. Results The high expression rates of IDO in primary lesion of colorectal tumor,normal tissue adjacent to tumor,lesion with lymph node metastasis and lesion without lymph node metastasis were 75. 0%,18. 3%,35. 3% and 50. 0%. IDO expression intensity in primary lesion of colorectal cancer is associated with N staging,Dukes staging,and p53 expression（ P〈0. 05）. Results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of IDO and p53 in primary lesion of colorectal cancer has a significant positive correlation（ rs= 0. 352,P = 0. 006）. Conclusion IDO expression is significantly up-regulated in colorectal cancer,and closely related with tumor node metastasis,therefore,it can be used as an indicator to determine the prognosis of colorectal cancer. IDO expression and p53 expression are closely related,they may both be involved in the incidence and development of colorectal cancer.
