药学类研究生就业工作现状的探析与完善建议

摘　　要：药学类研究生是影响我国医药事业发展的一支重要力量,但随着近年来研究生扩招、社会需求不断变化,药学类研究生就业难度增加,就业竞争激烈,各类就业问题也开始凸显出来。本文就药学类研究生就业现状进行深入分析,并提出了加强药学类研究生就业工作的一些建议,以期促进药学类研究生就业工作的完善,从而培养更多优秀的药学人才,以促进医药事业的发展。Pharmacy postgraduate students are an important force in the development of Chinese Medical Industry.However,various employment problems rise because of the expanding admission of postgraduates,the changing of social demand,increasing difficulty for them to get a job and fierce employing competition.This article analyzes the present situation of pharmacy postgraduate students＇ employment,and provides suggestions for pharmacy postgraduate employment guidance.It contributes to the improvement of the employment guidance for pharmacy postgraduate students,and therefore helps cultivate more excellent pharmaceutical talents and promote the pharmaceutical industry.
