摘　　要：随着我国医学高等教育事业的发展,医学院校毕业生数量急剧增长,就业竞争日趋激烈。研究如何突破医学院校本科毕业生就业瓶颈,对促进其就业具有重要现实意义。本文就新形势下医学院校本科生就业难的现状进行了分析,对就业瓶颈现象的成因进行了深入剖析,进而从社会、学校、学生三个方面为解决医学院校毕业生就业难的问题提供有针对性的指导对策。With the development of higher medical education,the numbers of medical graduates grow rapidly.The employment market for medical college students is confronted with fierce competition.It has great realistic significance to research on how to break through the employment bottleneck of medical college undergraduates.The paper put forward the correspondingly methods and suggestions of tackling employment difficulties of medical undergraduates in terms of society,school,family and student through analyzing the current difficult employment situation and the cause.
