摘  要:面对转岗这一职业生活中的关键事件,农村转岗幼儿教师往往会面临职业认同危机,具体表现为价值认同危机、专业认同危机和社会认同危机。由于教师职业认同对于其专业发展具有基础性价值,因此,需要采取各种措施重建农村转岗幼儿教师的职业认同。具体而言,可以通过完善职业价值观,发现职业价值,确立其价值认同感;通过提供专业培训,保障专业自主,增强其专业认同感;通过完善社会支持系统,提升社会声望,稳定其社会认同感。The rural preschool teachers of job transfer tend to face professional identity crises,i.e. value identity crisis,professional identity crisis and social identity crisis. As teachers' professional identity has fundamental value for their professional development,various measures need to be taken to rebuild the professional identity for rural preschool teachers of job transfer. Specifically,their professional value could be improved to find their professional value and establish their sense of value identity;professional training could be provided for their position to enhance their sense of professional identity;social support system could be perfected to promote their social prestige and stabilize their sense of social identity.
