乳腺癌术后放疗致肺放射性损伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨患者乳腺癌术后放疗致放射性肺损伤。方法选取进行乳腺癌术后放疗患者发生放射性肺损伤61例,对其进行临床分析。结果发病原因与其肺部基础疾病、肺部照射体积、照射剂量、联合化疗等因素均有关联。接受联合化疗的34例患者中有12例发生肺放射性损伤,接受单纯化疗的27例患者中仅有6例发生肺放射性损伤,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后放疗的老年患者随着照射体积和剂量的增加、联合化疗和伴有肺部基础疾病等因素都会增加放射性肺损伤的发生。Objective To study the patients with breast cancer postoperative radiotherapy of radioactive lung injury.Methods 61 patients with breast cancer of postoperative radiotherapy were selected, happened the radioactive lung injury, the clinical data were analyzed.Results The basis of the reason of disease of patients with lung disease, pulmonary irradiation volume, irradiation dose, factors are associated with combination chemotherapy. Receiving combination chemotherapy in 34 patients, 12 cases of lung radiation injury, accepted 27 patients with chemotherapy alone, only 6 cases of lung radiation injury （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Elderly patients with breast cancer postoperative radiotherapy with the increase of volume and dose irradiation, chemotherapy and with basic diseases such as lung factors will increase the occurrence of radioactive lung injury.
