肝癌患者血清中肿瘤标志物含量检测及其与肝癌组织中凋亡分子、免疫分子的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究肝癌患者血清中肿瘤标志物含量检测及其与肝癌组织中凋亡分子、免疫分子的关系。方法:将本院收治的原发性肝癌患者纳入研究的观察组,同期体检健康者纳入对照组,检测两组血清中的肿瘤标志物含量以及肝癌患者肝脏组织凋亡分子、免疫分子的表达。结果:观察组血清中高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)、高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)、胸苷激酶(TK1)的mRNA含量和蛋白含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝癌组织中Polo样激酶1(Plk1)、Livin、Xiap的mRNA含量和蛋白含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝癌组织中Toll样受体2(TLR2)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)以及髓样分化因子88(MyD88)的mRNA含量和蛋白含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清HMGB1、TK1、DDK1含量与肿瘤组织中Plk1、Livin、Xiap呈负相关,与肿瘤组织中TLR2、TLR4、MyD88呈正相关。结论:肝癌患者血清中HMGB1、TK1、DDK1含量升高,且与肝癌组织中抗凋亡分子低表达、免疫分子高表达存在相关性。Objective：To study the contents of serum tumor markers in hepatocellular carcinoma patients and its corre- lation with apoptosis molecular and immune molecules in epatocellular carcinoma tissue. Methods= Hepatocellular carcinoma patients were enrolled in observation group, health subjects in our hospital during the same period were enrolled in control group. Tumor markers contents in serum and apoptosis molecular, immune molecules expression in liver issues were detected and compared. Results= （1） Serum umor markers： mRNA content and protein content of serum HMGB1, GP73, TK1 in ob- servation group were higher than those of control group; （2） apoptosis molecular= mRNA content and protein content of Plkl, Livin, Xiap in observation group were lower than those of control group; （3） immune molecular= mRNA content and protein content of TLR2, TLR4 and MyD88 in observation group were higher than those of control group; （4） serum HMGB1, GP73, TK1 levels were negatively correlated with Plkl, Livin, Xiap; positively correlated with TLR2, TLR4 and MyD88. Conclu- sion., serum HMGB1, GP73, TK1 contents increase in hepatocellular carcinoma patients and correlate with low expression of poptosis molecular and high expression of immune molecules.
