食管癌患者围术期网织红细胞参数及血浆游离氨基酸的变化

摘　　要：目的:研究及探讨食管癌患者围术期网织红细胞参数及血浆游离氨基酸的变化情况。方法:选取于本院进行手术治疗的70例食管癌患者为观察组,同时期的70例健康同龄人被选为对照组,然后将观察组术前1d及术后1、3、5、10、15、20d时和对照组的网织红细胞参数及血浆游离氨基酸水平进行分别统计及比较。结果:观察组术后3、5、10d及15d的网织红细胞参数均高于对照组,同时观察组术前1d及术后1、3、5d血浆游离氨基酸指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组术前至术后的网织红细胞参数呈现先升后降的趋势,而血浆游离氨基酸水平则呈现先降后升的趋势。结论:食管癌患者围术期网织红细胞参数及血浆游离氨基酸的波动较大,其可能与疾病状态及手术创伤应激的影响有关。Objective.. To investigate the change situation of reticulocyte parameters and plasma free amino acids of pa- tients with esophageal cancer during the perioperative period. Methods.. 70 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated with operation were selected as observation group, and 70 healthy peers were selected as control group during the same period, then the reticulocyte parameters and plasma free amino acids of observation group at first day before the operation and at first, third, fifth, tenth, fifteenth and twentieth day after the operation and control group were respectively analyzed and compared. Results：The retieulocyte parameters of observation group at third, fifth, tenth and fifteenth day after the operation were all higher than those of control group, the plasma free amino acids of observation group at first day before the operation and at first, third and fifth day after the operation were all lower than those of control group （P all ~0.05）, and the retieulocyte pa- rameters of observation group from preoperative to postoperative day showed an trend of increasing first and decreasing after- wards,while the plasma free amino acids showed an trend of decreasing first and increasing afterwards. Conclusion ~ The fluctu- ation of reticulocyte parameters and plasma free amino acids of patients with esophageal cancer during the perioperative period are great,so it may be associated with the disease status and operation trauma stress.
