摘  要:目的建立四味光明盐汤散中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Phenomen C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(7:93);检测波长为272nm;流速为1.0ml·min-1;柱温30℃。结果没食子酸在60.00~600.0 ng范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(γ=1.000 0),回归方程为Y=13 642X+58 170,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.51%(n=9)。结论该方法准确、精密、重复性好,可作为四味光明盐汤散中没食子酸的含量测定方法。Objective To establish the determination method of gallic acid in Siwei Guangmingyan Tangsan. Methods Phenomen C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used in HPLC assay; mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(7:93); detection wavelength was 272nm; flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1; column temperature was 30℃. Results The calibration curve of gallic acid was linear in the range of 60.00 ng ~600.0ng(γ= 1.000 0), the regresstion equation was Y=3.281 4X+24.141, the average recovery rate was 99.0 %, RSD was 1.51%(n=9). Conclusion The method is accurate, precise and had good reproducibility, which can be used as determination method of gallic acid in Siwei Guangmingyan Tangsan.
