摘  要:四轮定位作为底盘调整与维护的重要手段之一,相关维修人员能够真正认识到四轮定位的作用和目的,并能正确、规范的对车轮定位参数进行调整,其意义不言而喻。本文针对目前各品牌4S服务站定位操作费用较高的现象,提出了简单易行的手动测量方法,主要用于测量前束值和外倾值,目前先就前束值的测量方法展开了详细陈述。该方法最大的优点在于简单、方便、可行、高效,操作人员不需要很系统的专业知识,所以非常便于车辆改装爱好者以及动手能力较强的广大车主使用,同时,相关售后市场的人员在车辆检修时,可作为进一步正确认识四轮定位尤其是前束参数的重要参考信息;也可以作为部分需要定期校准的四轮定位仪校准方法之一;同时亦可用于汽车相关专业在四轮定位内容教学环节有效的参考和实践方法,具有较好的推广、实用价值。Four-wheel positioning as one of the important means of adjustment and maintenance of the chassis, the maintenance personnel can truly realize the role and purpose of four-wheel positioning, and correctly, adjust wheel alignment parameters, its significance is self-evident. The greatest advantage of this method is simple, convenient, feasible and efficient, the operator does not need to be a system of professional knowledge, so it is easy to vehicle refitting lovers and beginning ability strong vast owners use, at the same time, related aflermarket personnel in vehicle maintenance, can be used as beam parameters before further correct understanding of four-wheel positioning especially the important reference information; Can also be used as a part needs regular calibration of four-wheel alignment one way; At the same time can also be used in automobile related in four-wheel positioning content teaching effective reference and practice, has a good promotion and practical value.
