摘  要:发动机悬置支架是汽车中的重要安全部件,其强度、刚度以及工艺十分关键。针对一款车型悬置支架的开裂问题,进行系统的分析排查,通过对结构设计的CAE分析、故障件金相分析、焊接工艺的确认,确认问题的主要原因,有针对性的进行整改验证,通过道路强化验证,满足设计设计要求。这些设计经验,对于指导后期悬置设计及制造有着积极的意义。Engine mounting bracket plays an important role in the truck, and it's strength, stiffness and welding technics are even more critical. Aimed at the crack failure of engine mounting bracket, the analysis was accomplished. According to CAE analysis of structure design, metallographic structure and welding technics, the main reasons was verified. The test results of showed that the optimized engine mounting bracket was accorded to design. The experience of design have positive meaning to design and manufacture in the future
