摘  要:为探明饲料中添加维生素E能否降低噪声应激对北京鸭肉品质和血液生化指标的影响,将1日龄瘦肉型北京鸭,饲养到14日龄,随机抽取其中的60只,随机分配为3个处理组,即I组(空白组)、II组(对照组,宰前100 db噪声应激20 min)、III组(维生素E组,宰前100 db噪声应激20 min,饲料中添加200 mg/kg维生素E),每个处理设5个重复,每个重复4个个体,试验期28 d;42日龄应激后采样测定各指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)水平极显著上升(P<0.01),肌酸激酶(CK)水平极显著下降(P<0.01),谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平显著下降(P<0.05);试验组p H值、胸肌(丙二醛)MDA和蛋白质羰基含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);荧光定量(q RT-PCR)结果显示,试验组肝脏、脾脏、肺和肾脏4个组织的热休克蛋白70(hsp70)、热休克蛋白90(hsp90)mRNA的转录水平极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。综上分析,维生素E对缓解噪声应激有一定效果。In order to explore whether VE could reduce the effects of noise stress on meat quality and blood biochemical indexes of Pekin ducks. Sixty Pekin ducks (one day old) were raised to two weeks old and then randomly divided into three groups, each treatment had five replicates and each replicate had four ducks. Group Ⅰ was the control group. Group Ⅱ was exposured at 100 db. Group Ⅲ was exposured at 100 db and fed the diet with 200 mg/kg VE. The trial lasted 28 days. The results showed that the T3 and T4 levels of the group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ (P〈0.01). The CK, AST and GSH-Px levels of group Ⅲ were significantly lower than that of group Ⅱ (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). The MDA and protein carbonyl contents of group III were significantly lower than that of group Ⅱ (P〈0.01). The results of qRT-PCR showed that the hspTO mRNA and hsp90 mRNA transcription levels of liver, spleen, lung and kidney in group Ⅲ were significantly lower than that of group Ⅱ (P〈0.01). These data showed that VE can effectively alleviate the negative influence of noise stress.
