摘　　要：通过对济宁市高职与本科院校的实地走访、问卷调查,从重视程度、制度建设、教师队伍、课程体系、就业服务、学生需求等方面调研了两类院校就业指导与服务体系的现状,对比分析各自的优势与不足,并指出在重视程度、人才培养模式、机构与场地设施、课程体系等方面两类院校都有相互借鉴学习之处,提出进一步改进的建议,以利于两类院校在相互借鉴的基础上,更好地优化就业指导与服务体系,提升大学生在求职中的成功率。By Ji-Ning vocational field visit and questionnaire survey with undergraduate course colleges and universities, from the emphasis, the system construction, teachers, curriculum system, employment service, the student needs research aspects of the two types of colleges and universities of the present situation of the employment guidance and service system, comparison and analysis their advantages and disadvantages, points out the importance, training mode, the institutions and facilities, such as curriculum system has two types of schools study from each other, and put forward further improvement suggestion, to facilitate two types of colleges and universities on the basis of learn from each other, better optimization of employment guidance and service system, improve the students＇ success in a job.
