摘　　要：本文以职业适应期高校毕业生为研究对象,运用问卷调查的方法,从毕业生离职的行为和倾向入手,从公司情况、福利待遇和发展因素角度重点对大学生的择业标准和就业满意度进行研究,分析存在的问题,提出促进职业适应期大学生就业稳定性的对策建议。In this paper, college graduates vocational adaptation period for the study, using survey methods, behaviors and tendencies from the start of graduates leave from the company, the benefits and developmental factors focus on the college＇s career angle standards and employment satisfaction study analysis of existing problems, put forward suggestions to promote employment stability occupational adaptation of college students.
