摘　　要：在校大学生中"90"后独生子女群体成为主要人群,家长价值观的引导、家庭教育氛围熏陶、家庭结构以及家庭经济条件等因素的影响,对学生个体的成长有着愈发重要的引导作用。要不断探索符合大学生需求和学生实际的教育方式和手段,引导广大青年学生树立正确的择业观。Nowadays, the post-90s only child groups are becoming the significant part of CoUege students. The impact of parents＇ guidance values, family education atmosphere, family structure, family economic conditions and other factors, plays increasingly important guidance role in the growth of individual students. We need to continuously explore the educational methods which can meet the demand of college students and conform to their actual situation, that we can guide students to set up correct employment view.
