摘　　要：由于学校培养模式与社会需求脱节、大学生职业生涯规划工作不到位以及社会对大学期望值过高等原因,现今大学生就业能力方面存在学习能力、实践能力以及适应能力不足的问题。应用教练技术,使大学生开发潜能、减少干扰,树立理想、坚定信念,规划目标、准备计划,扩大安全区域、改善心智模式,提高大学生学习能力、增强其实践能力、改善其适应能力,进而提升大学生就业能力。Because school education mode is out of touch with social demand, college students＇ career planning work does not reach the designated position, social has high expectations for college students and so on, students nowadays exist some problems in employment ability, for example learning ability, practical ability and capacity to adapt. Applying of coaching technology can develop students＇ potential and reduce interference, establish the ideal and firm belief, plan objectives and prepare plans, expand the security zone and improve mental models, so that can improve students＇ learning ability, enhance their practical ability, improve their ability to adapt, and thus enhance the employment ability of college students.
