摘　　要：职业生涯教育是一项系统性、持续性、动态发展的教育活动,高校职业生涯教育是唤醒大学生职业意识及拥有追求梦想的勇气,并达成圆满人生的重要环节。理清高校职业生涯教育发展概况,分析和研究国内外职业生涯教育的发展,认识中国高校职业生涯教育的现状,探讨中国高校职业生涯教育的未来,需要职业生涯教育整合政府、企业、高校乃至每个个体的力量和资源。Career education is not only a systematic ,continuous, dynamic educational activity, but also an important step in the role of wakening students＇ consciousness, building the courage of seeking their dreams, arid finally help them to have a satisfactory ending for their life. In order to make the development of vocational education clear thoroughly, analysis and research its advance in domestic and international, meanwhile recognize present situation and probe into the question of how to implement practical teaching, the advantage resources from government, enterprises, universities, even of individual are needed to be reorganized.
