摘  要:为了剖析‘成恢177’稻瘟病持久抗性和高配合力特性的遗传基础,利用稻瘟病抗谱测定、抗病基因测序和SSR分子标记多态性比较的方法,分析了‘成恢177’的稻瘟病抗性和遗传背景。结果表明:在测试的63个稻瘟病单胞菌株和16个鉴别菌株中,‘成恢177’的抗性频率分别为66.67%和68.75%;‘成恢177’的稻瘟病抗性基因来自Lemont,为Pi-km。分子遗传背景分析表明,在148个SSR多态性位点中,‘成恢177’具有70.95%的‘绵恢502’位点,20.95%为美国热带粳稻品种Lemont位点;且在第1~10染色体上SSR多态性位点属‘绵恢502’较多(64.00%-100.00%),在第11、12染色体上属Lemont较多(77.78%、60.00%)。本研究认为‘成恢177’成功地聚合了Lemont的稻瘟病抗性和‘绵恢502’的高配合力。In order to explore durable blast resistance and genetic basis of high combining ability in‘Chenghui 177', the resistant spectrum, blast resistance gene, and genetic background were analyzed using invitro inoculation, gene sequencing and the polymorphism of SSR molecular markers. The resistancefrequencies of‘Chenghui 177'against 63 isolates of rice blast and 16 differential isolates were 66.67% and68.75%, respectively. It carried Pikm derived from Lemont which was a tropical japonica variety. The results ofmolecular genetic background analysis showed that, among 148 polymorphic SSR loci,‘Chenghui 177'hadacquired respectively 70.95% and 20.95% from‘Mianhui 502'and Lemont. In the genome of‘Chenghui177', 64% to 100% of the polymorphic SSR loci on chromosome 1-10 were derived from‘Mianhui 502',while Lemont was responsible for respectively 77.78% and 60.00% of the polymorphic SSR loci onchromosome 11 and 12 in‘Chenghui 177'. The results suggested that‘Chenghui 177'successfullypyramided stable blast resistance of Lemont and high combining ability of‘Mianhui 502'.
