血清HE4在子宫富于细胞型平滑肌瘤中的表达

摘　　要：目的初步探讨人附睾蛋白4在子宫富于细胞型平滑肌瘤中的表达。方法对66例初步诊断为子宫肌瘤的住院患者及妇科门诊就诊的27例健康女性(A组:对照组)的静脉血标本作研究,分别检测HE4及CA125。根据术后病理结果将子宫肌瘤患者再分为2个组(B组:普通型子宫平滑肌瘤组;C组:富于细胞型子宫平滑肌瘤组),对HE4及CA125进行回顾性分析。结果 A、B、C组的血清HE4水平分别为(42.92±8.05)、(50.91±10.00)、(73.98±10.00)pmol/L,组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C组的血清CA125水平分别为(22.27±14.54)、(21.51±10.88)、(28.42±27.27)U/L,组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前对子宫肌瘤患者进行血清HE4检测,可能有助于术前评估。Objective To explore the expression of serum of Human Epididymis Protein 4（HE4）in cellular uterine leio-myoma.Methods Serum HE4 and CA125 were detected in 66 patients preliminary diagnosed as uterine fibroids and 27 healthy women from gynecological outpatient department （ Group A：control group ） .According to the postoperative pathological results ,u-terine fibroids patients were divided into 2 groups（Group B：common myoma of uterus;group C：the cellular uterine leiomyoma）, and HE4 and CA125 were retrospectively analyzed .Results Serum HE4 of the A,B,and C group were 42.92 ±8.05、50.91 ± 10.00、73.98 ±10.00 pmol/L,respectively.There were statistical differences （P〈0.05）.Serum CA125 of the A,B,and C group were 22.27 ±14.54、21.51 ±10.88、28.42 ±27.27 U/L,respectively.There was no statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclu-sion The detection of HE4 in the uterine fibroids patients before the operation may be helpful for the preoperative evaluation .
