复方苦参注射液对原发性肺癌放射性肺炎的防治研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液对原发性肺癌放射性肺炎的防治效果。方法将220例肺癌患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者仅予单纯放射治疗(6MV-XRay),观察组在其基础上联合使用复方苦参注射液,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗后CR、PR、SD、PD观察组和对照组肺癌患者分别为34、61、12和3例和27、50、21、12例,有效率分别为86.36%对70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放射损伤0级、1级、2级、3级及以上观察组和对照组初次用药后及用药3个月后分别为50、53、7、0例和39、57、14、0例;71、36、2、1例和38、53、14、5例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液能够减轻原发性肺癌放疗不良反应,可以有效预防放射性肺损伤,显著改善患者的生活质量,可作为肺癌患者化疗较为理想的辅助用药。Objective To investigate prevention of Fufangkushen injection on radiation pneumonitis in primary lung cancer patients.Methods 220 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received ra-diotherapy alone （6MV-XRay）,the observation group received radiotherapy and Fufangkushen injection ,clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were observed.Results After treatment,CR,PR,SD and PD of the observation group were 34 cases,61 cases,12 cases, and 3 cases,CR,PR,SD and PD of the control group were 27 cases,50 cases,21 cases,and 12 cases,effective rates of the 2 groups were 86.36%and 70.00%,respectively,difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Patients with grade 0,1,2,3 and above radiation injury in the observation group after initial treatment and 3 months after treatment were 50 cases,53 cases,7 cases,0 case,and 39 cases,57cases,14 cases,0 case;and patients with grade 0,1,2,3 and above radiation injury in the control group after initial treatment and 3 months after treatment were 71 cases,36 cases,2 cases,1 case,and 38 cases,53cases,14 ca-ses,5 cases,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fufangkushen injection can reduce the adverse reactions of primary lung cancer ,can effectively prevent radiation-induced lung injury and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.It is ideal adjuvant of chemotherapy for patients with lung cancer .
