摘 要:皮蠹科属鞘翅目,全世界约有800多种,我国已知约40种,广泛分布于世界各地,许多种为重要的检疫仓储害虫,食性杂、危害重,常对储藏货品造成严重损害。皮蠹科的分子生物学研究还处于起步阶段,相似种及幼虫识别鉴定仍是形态检疫识别中的难题。本文综述了皮蠹科昆虫应用RAPD-PCR技术、RELP技术、分子杂交技术和DNA条码技术等分子生物学技术的研究现状,并展望了分子技术手段对皮蠹科研究的应用前景,以期促进皮蠹科分子生物学研究。作者进一步认为DNA条码技术凭借便捷、高效的优势得到广泛应用,以其为主导的系统研究将会快速推动皮蠹科分类鉴定的发展。Dermestidae belongs to Coleoptera with about 800 species around the world, approximately 40 species are known in China. It has widely distributed and some of them are important quarantine pests with mixed diets and severely damage to storage. The molecular biology research of Dermestidae insects is at very beginning phase morphological recognition of conformis and larva is still a challenge in quarantine practice. We reviewed the application of molecular techniques such as RAPD-PCR, RELP, molecular hybridization, DNA barcoding et al. to the research of Dermestidae insects, and proposed the promising future of molecular techniques in it for the purpose of promoting its development. Moreover, authors thought that the DNA barcoding should be widely applied with the advantages of convenient and efficient to identify Dermestidae insects. It is no doubt that the systematic research of DNA barcoding-centric would accelerate the development of classification and recognition of Dermestidae insects.
