摘　　要：高校创建基层服务型党组织要紧紧围绕学校事业发展大局,把培养人才、吸引人才、凝聚人才作为重要考量标准,坚持转变工作作风,增强服务师生的观念和意识,在创建过程中要坚持走群众路线,坚持理论联系实际,发挥师生党员的积极性和创造性,共同创建人民群众满意的高等教育。Creating a service-oriented party organization in colleges grass-roots units should focus on the development of the school, takecultivating talent, attracting talent, talent pool as an important measure, change the style of work, strengthene the service consciousness ofteachers and students. In the process of creation the college should adhere to the mass line, integrate theory with practice, and teachersand student Party members should also actively take part in and create a higher education of people＇ s satisfaction.
