摘  要:阐述了开放创新理论下工学结合理念由封闭转向全面开放是工学结合的高级形态,具体表现为高职院校与高校、企业、科研机构、政府等利益相关者的联接和合作,达成共同的价值观,开展顶层设计,创新合作体制机制和运行模式;充分利用各利益相关者的资源,从政策、技术、人力、设备、资金、场地、培训、科研等方面加强合作,促进交流和合作创新;以开放式创新外部资源模式促进组织内部机制创新和资源优化等,最终把企业经营管理与学校办学管理有机结合起来,建立校企高度融合的开放和谐生态。This article expounds the concept of work-integrated learning under the theory of open innovation from closed to open in anall-round way, which is advanced form of work-integrated learning. Its specific performance is the connection and cooperation betweenvocational college and stakeholders ,such as college, enterprise, scientific research institution and government. They share commonvalues, carry out the top-level design, innovate cooperation system and running mode; It makes full use of stakeholders' resources,strengthen cooperation in terms of policy, technology, manpower, equipment, fund, area, training and scientific research andpromote communication and cooperative innovation. It promotes the organization mechanism innovation and resource optimization underthe pattern of open innovation external resources and combines enterprise management with school management organically. In the end,an open and harmonious ecology can be built with highly fusion of college and enterprise.
