摘　　要：中国医院信息化建设的重点已经过渡到以医院临床信息为主的高级阶段。医疗行业的信息化需要既懂医学,又懂信息技术的医疗复合型人才,目前这类人才在国内各医疗机构中相对紧缺,医学信息学专业人才培养工作存在着数据采集与数据分析匮乏、研究培养工作不完善等不足之处。为加强高校医疗复合型人才的培养,提出优化专业课程的设置、增强实践教学能力、建设和改善医学信息学的继续教育等改革建议。The focus of Chinese hospital information construction has already entered into the advanced stage of the hospital clinical information primarily. The medical informatization needs inter-disciplinary tal- ents who know both medical knowledge and information technology. At present,there is a shortage of such talents in domestic medical institutions. Besides,there exist many deficiencies in the professional personnel training of medical informatics, such as the imperfect research training work, the lack of data acquisition and analysis and so on. In order to strengthen the training of inter-disciplinary medical talents in colleges and universities, the paper puts forward some reform proposals, including optimizing the set of professional curriculum, strengthening practical teaching ability, constructing and improving the continuing education of medical informatics.
