论电子政务与民族地区政府职能转变

摘　　要：我国的行政体制改革与信息时代相遇，使电子政务成为行政体制改革的先锋。随着我国经济体制的转变，为了适应这种转变，政府职能转变是必然趋势。电子政务的发展对于政府职能转变起着重要的推动作用。民族地区政府因为其职能和行政环境与其他地方政府相比具有明显的特殊性和复杂性，其自治政府职能的转变更需要电子政务的支持。本文主要阐述了民族地区政府职能转变的重点以及电子政务对政府职能转变的推动作用。给民族地区政府电子政务与职能转变建设提供参考。The reform of the administrative system encounter the information era in our country, it makes the e-govern-ment has become the vanguard of the reform of administrative system. In order to adapt to this change that the transfor-mation of Chinese economic system, the transformation of government functions is an inevitable trend. The developmentof e-government play an important role in promoting the transformation of government functions. The function and theadministrative environment in the governments of minority areas has obvious particularity and complexity compare withother local government.So the transformation of the autonomy government functions needs the support of e-government.This paper mainly describes the focal point in the transformation of government functions in minority areas as well as thee-government effect on promoting the change of government functions. And to provide reference for the construction of e-government and the transformation of government functions.
