摘  要:心理性应激对创造性的影响一直以来都是研究者关心的热点,但由于应激源的差异及创造性测量方法的不同,以往研究并没有得出一致结论.采用特里尔社会应激测试(TSST)来诱发被试的应激反应,以此考察心理性应激对个体创造性活动的影响,结果发现,心理性应激与创造性之间存在着倒U型关系,中等程度应激状态下个体的创造性水平最高.The effects of psychological stress on creativity have always been an attractive topic for the researchers.However,it has not come to a compellent conclusion to date due to the diverse ways to elicit stress and to measure creativity.In the present study,the Trier social stress test(TSST)was employed to elicit stress and then the impacts of psychological stress on creativity were determined.The results revealed an inverted U-shaped relationship between psychological stress and creativity.To be accurate,moderate degrees of stress were along with highest level of creativity.
