桔褐天牛头部附器感器的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：桔褐天牛广泛分布于我国,是柑橘和花椒等多种经济林木的主要害虫之一.通过扫描电镜观察发现,桔褐天牛成虫头部附器感器包括12个类型;其中触角上分布有8种感器,即Bhm氏鬃毛,毛形感器,刺形感器1型、2型、3型和锥形感器1型、2型、3型;下颚须上和下唇须均分布有刺形感器1型和3型、栓锥形感器1型和2型,钟形感器和板形感器6种.该文运用扫描电镜观察桔褐天牛成虫头部附器的感器类型、分布与数量,以期为其分类及亲缘关系研究提供依据,也为进一步阐明其交配及定位寄主的机制奠定基础.The longhorn beetle,Nadezhdiella cantori,is one of the major pests of economic woods such as citrus and prickly ash（Zanthozylum simulans Hance.）in many provinces of China.In order to provide information for the studies of its taxonomy,phylogeny and mechanisms of mate and host location,scanning electronic microscopy was used in this work to investigate the type and number of sensilla on the cephalic appendages of the pest and their distribution.A total of 12morphologically distinct types of sensilla were detected on the cephalic appendages of the adults,8of which were distributed on the antennae,i.e.Bhm bristle,sensilla trichodea,sensilla chaetica type 1,type 2and type 3,and sensilla basiconica type 1,type 2and type 3.Six types of sensilla were found to be distributed on the labial palp and the maxillary palp, i.e.chaetica type 1and type 3,sensilla styloconica type 1and type 2,sensilla campaniformia and sensilla placodea.
