摘 要:采用抗原直接包被ELISA对采自重庆11个马铃薯主产区的259份马铃薯病毒病样品进行了黄瓜花叶病毒Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV的检测及亚组鉴定.共有233份样品检测到CMV,总检出率达91.60%;其中属CMVⅠ亚组的样品为197份,占84.55%;另36份样品为CMVⅡ亚组侵染,占15.45%;未检测到CMVⅠ和CMVⅡ的复合侵染.这些结果表明,CMVⅠ是重庆地区马铃薯上的优势CMV亚组类型.Two hundred and fifty nine potato leaf samples with viral symptoms were collected from eleven potato growing counties in Chongqing and were tested for detecting Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and its subgroups by using direct antigen coated enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Two hundred and thirty-three samples were shown to be infected by CMV, which was 91.60% of the total samples.
