实行校院二级教学管理体制有效措施探讨

摘　　要：随着国内高校学院制改革潮流的高涨,越来越多的大学开始探索实行二级教学管理体制,二级教学管理体制的改革,是多年来我国高校在不断地探索和发展中进行结构优化,提高高校管理效率的现实选择。本文阐述了目前二级教学管理体制中存在的主要问题,并对如何推进高校二级教学管理体制改革进行了探讨。With the rise of reformation trend of school-system in domestic colleges and universities,more and more universities begin to make a research and carry out two-level teaching administrative system. The reformation for two-level teaching administrative system is the structure priority of continual research and development for years of domestic colleges and universities and is also factual choice to improve administrative efficiency of colleges and universities. The article elaborates existent primary problems in the current teaching administrative system and make a research on how to promote two-level teaching administrative system reformation of colleges and universities
