摘  要:选取2010~2012年深市创业板上市公司中发生高管减持的公司为研究样本,实证研究高管团队的同质性与异质性特征对股票减持的影响。研究发现创业板高管团队的背景特征影响着高管减持行为,其中高管教育背景的异质性与减持显著正相关;高管专业背景异质性与减持显著负相关;高管年龄的异质性与减持负相关;具有海外背景的高管越多,发生减持的比例越大;具有政府背景的高管对自身减持股票的大小并无直接影响;高管团队规模越大,减持比例就越大。It is found in the empirical study,taking as sample those companies with executive reduction behavior in Shenzhen GEM from 2010 to 2012,of the influence of the executive team similarity and dissimilarity on the stock reduction that the executive team background feature makes influence on their reduction behavior in the following aspects:the dissimilarity of their educational background obviously is positively relevant to the reduction while that of their professional background relevant negatively to the reduction and that of their age relevant negatively to the reduction;the more the executives with overseas background,the more the ratio of reduction;the executives with governmental background makes no direct influence on the more or less of their reduction;and the more the scale of executives,the more the ratio of the reduction.
