摘  要:目的 :鸡胚用于脉管研究已有多年的历史 ,是研究肿瘤诱导的血管生成 ,淋巴管生成的较好体内模型之一。鸡胚培养分为无壳培养与普通培养。本文介绍了一种简单、有效的鸡胚无壳培养方法。方法 :以食品保鲜膜、一次性饮水杯构建无壳培养容器 ,鸡蛋常规孵育几天后以“双窗法”或“直接破壳法”转入容器中无壳培养。分析不同移植方法对移植成功率的影响。描绘鸡胚移植后的生存曲线。结果 :双窗法只适合于气室较大的鸡蛋。鸡胚无壳移植 4天后大约能平稳地生存 9天。结论 :不同的种蛋宜选用不同的移植方法 。Objective: Chicken embryos have been used in vascular research for many years.They are ideal for cancer induced angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis.There are two different techniques for chicken embryos cultivation:in ovo or in vitro.Here we introduced a simple method for shell-less culture of chicken embryos.Method: The vials for shell-less culture were made of food wrap and disposable drinking cups.Eggs were preincubate in ovo for several days and then transferred into the vials by double-windows method or cracking method.The relationship of transfer method or preincubation time and successful explantation rate were analyzed and the survival data after explatation were recorded.Results: Double-window method was more suitable for eggs with bigger air space.from the forth day after explantation,the survibal data were excellent for 9 days.Conclusion: Different eggs should be explantated by different method.This procedure of shell-less culture provided a good tool for the research on cancer microcirculation.
