心理干预对口腔正畸患者心理特征影响的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查心理干预前后正畸患者心理特征的变化,探讨心理干预在正畸临床工作中可行的方式和意义。方法:随机抽取30名临床心理状况与个别正常牙合组有明显差异的正畸治疗前患者,按照心理干预程序,采用支持性心理治疗方法为主,结合认知疗法、渐进性神经肌肉松弛训练的理论对患者进行6个月的心理干预,自身对照研究得出心理干预对正畸患者心理特征是否有影响。结果:心理干预后患者人格特征相对稳定,在临床心理状况方面,患者的自我外观评价变好,在医患沟通上有所改善,青少年患者的预估配合情况变好,成人患者对矫治结果的期望值相对下降。结论:心理干预可有效改善患者的临床心理状况,具体实施的方式和方法仍有待进一步探讨和研究。Objective：Investigate the change of orthodontic patients＇psychological feature before and after the intervention ,to explore the feasible way and meaning of psychological intervention in orthodontic clinical work. Provide the basis and guidance in or-der to ensure the smooth progress of the orthodontic treatment and the orthodontic clinical psychological intervention. Method：Ran-domly select 30 patients before orthodontic treatment which being obviously different from the individual normal occlusion group＇s clinical psychological state,in accordance with the procedure for psychological intervention,by supportive psychotherapy,combined with cognitive therapy and progressive neuromuscular relaxation training theory,through psychological intervention for six months,to investigate whether psychological intervention affect the psychological characteristics of orthodontic patients on self-control study. Result：The patients＇ personality characteristics are relatively stable after psychological intervention. In clinical psychological condi-tion,the patient＇s self-evaluation of appearance changed for the better,the doctor-patient communication improved,cooperation of adolescent patients increased,and the adult patients＇ expectation on the orthodontic results declined relatively. Conclusion：Psycho-logical intervention can improve patients＇ clinical psychological conditions , but the specific implementation of ways and means re-mains to be further explored and researched.
