摘 要:目的探讨专业护士核心能力培养在助产士培训中的实施及效果。方法将28名助产士从低到高分为3个层级,围绕专业基础知识、专科技能、应急处理与抢救能力、教育与培训能力、综合管理能力5个模块分层级进行培训,评价培训后助产士的综合考核成绩以及产妇满意度。结果培训后助产士的带教能力、专科理论、专科技能测评优秀率,孕产妇满意度逐年提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论采用专业护士核心能力培训模式对助产士进行培训,使助产士的工作能力得到持续的增长,有助于助产士综合素质的提高。Objective To explore the implementation and effect of professional nurse core capability training in the midwife training. Methods 28 midwives were divided with three levels from low to high. Trainings are provided to the midwives on five modules of basic specialized knowledge, specialized skills, emergency response and rescue ability, education and training ability, and comprehensive management ability according to their levels. The compound achievement measure of midwives and maternal satisfaction to them were valued after training. Results After training, the teaching ability, professional theoretical level, the excellent rate of professional skill test and maternal satisfaction increased year by year, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.001). Conclusion Training midwives adopted professional nurse core capability training mode, which make the work ability of midwife keeping improve, is helpful for the enhancing of midwives' comprehensive abilities.
