上颌磨牙截根及半切除术后冠桥修复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌磨牙行截根及半切除术后冠桥修复的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的15颗有部分牙根严重病变的上颌磨牙,通过截根术和牙半切除术去除病变牙根,消除牙周炎症,通过冠桥修复恢复牙齿功能。随访2年。结果除1颗患牙于固定桥修复1年后因基牙松动而致修复失败外,其余14颗患牙复查时均能正常行使咀嚼功能,牙周正常,X线片示牙槽骨无明显吸收,修复体无松动、脱落和食物嵌塞的情况。结论对于局限于部分牙根严重病变的上颌磨牙,应用截根术及牙半切除术联合冠桥修复可取得较满意的临床效果。Objective To evaluate clinical effeet of crown and bridge restoration after maxillary molar root amputation and hemisection. Methods 15 maxillary, molars with one or two buccal root involved severely were performed with root amputation and hemisection, and then restored with crown and bridge after two months. All the cases were followed up for 2 years. Results All of the teeth functioned well except one which was failed due to tooth loosen. X-ray showed no obvi- ous alveolar bone loss. Crown and bridge restorations were well functioned, with no loosen, debonding and food impaction were found. Conclusions Restoration of one or two buccal root severely involved molars with root amputation and he- misection combined with crown and bridge restoration can achieve satisfactory clinical effects.
