摘　　要：目的：探讨胸部孤立性纤维性肿瘤（SFT）的MSCT影像学特征。方法：回顾性分析13例胸部SFT的MSCT影像及临床资料,分析其部位、大小、形态、密度、增强类型、供血血管及与周围组织关系,并与病理结果对照。结果：13例胸部SFT位于左胸4例,右胸6例,纵膈3例。最大径线2.2-13.6cm（平均5.4cm）。8例边缘清楚,5例边缘不清,呈类圆形或不规则形。CT平扫等密度4例,混杂密度9例,部分可见钙化及坏死。11例增强后,2例动脉期未见明显强化,静脉期呈轻度强化;4例动脉期呈中度以上不均匀强化,静脉期强化程度降低;5例动脉期轻中度不均匀强化,静脉期较动脉期强化程度更高。重组图像可以显示胸廓内动脉、支气管动脉及腹腔干等供血动脉。结论：胸部SFT的MSCT表现有一定特征,多呈边界清楚、血供丰富、进行性不均匀强化的软组织肿块,CT可以清楚显示病变及供血血管,为临床治疗提供帮助。Objective：To investigate the MSCT features of thoracic solitary fibrous tumor（SFT）.Methods：The MSCT images and clinical materials of 13 patients with SFT were retrospectively analyzed.The location,size,shape,density,enhancement pattern and feeding vessels were studied and compared with pathology.Results：Of the 13 cases with SFT,4cases located in the left and 6cases in right,3cases located in mediastinum.The largest dimension ranged from 2.2cm to13.6cm（average 5.4cm）.The SFTs were oval or irregular in shape with clear margin in 8cases and ill-defined in 5cases.The lesions showed iso-density in 4cases and heterogeneous density in 9cases,some of the tumors had calcification and necrosis.Of the 11 cases underwent enhanced CT,2cases had no obvious enhancement on arterial phase but were mildly enhanced on venous phase,4cases were moderately and heterogeneously enhanced on arterial phase and less intensive on venous phase,5cases were mildly to moderately enhanced and much more intensive on venous phase.Feeding arteries such as intra-thoracic arteries,bronchial arteries or celiac trunk could be display on reformatted images.Conclusion：MSCT findings of thoracic SFT have certain characteristic features,mostly showed as soft tissue mass with well-defined margin,rich in blood supply and progressive heterogeneous enhancement.Feeding arteries and lesions could be clearly displayed on CT,provide helpful information for clinical treatment.
