摘　　要：目的探讨泛素特异性蛋白酶7(ubiquitin specific peptidase 7,USP7)在喉癌组织中的表达与其临床病理特征间的联系。方法收集经病理科确诊的喉癌组织标本73例,同时选取癌旁组织52例作为对照。采用免疫组织化学法检测USP7在喉癌和癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果 73例喉癌组织中,61例(83.5%)USP7呈阳性表达,较癌旁组织阳性表达(19/52,36.5%)显著升高(χ2=29.1446,P<0.05)。病理分型中,肿瘤分化程度越低,USP7阳性表达率越高。结论喉癌组织中USP7的高阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度相关,对晚期USP7阳性表达喉癌患者治疗提供新思路。Objective To study the expression of ubiquitin-specific processing protease-7（ USP7） in human laryngeal carcinoma and to explore its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics of the tumor.Methods 73 specimens from laryngeal carcinoma patients were selected,and 52 specimens from para-carcinoma tissue were chosen as control.Expression of USP7 was detected with immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rate of USP7 in carcinoma specimens was 83.5%,which was higher than that in the para-carcinoma tissue（ 36.5%）.The difference was significant（ P〈0.05）.Moreover,the worse histologic class,the higher rate was the positive expression of USP7（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high expression rate of USP7 in laryngeal carcinoma is associated with differentiation of the tumor,which may provide new idea for the treatment of advanced laryngeal carcinoma in patients with positive expression of USP7.
