摘　　要：报告1例寻常狼疮(lupus vulgaris,LV)继发高分化鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)。患者女,70岁。左侧面部及颈部结节、溃疡、瘢痕45年余,左侧面颊肿块半年。皮损组织病理检查:不规则生长的异形表皮细胞团突破基底层,可见角化珠,真皮内可见肉芽肿结构。诊断:LV继发高分化SCC。A case of lupus vulgaris developed secondary highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma is reported. A 70-year-old female presented with a over 45-year history of nodules, ulcers and scars on the left cheek and neck, and a tumor on the left cheek for half a year. Histopathological examination revealed the disorderly growth of the squamous epithelial cells with keratin pearls in the centers broke through the basement membrane, and granuloma formed in the dermis. The diagnosis of lupus vulgaris developed secondary highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was finally made.
