摘 要:目的:探讨乳牙和恒牙牙髓组织中P2X3受体的差异及与炎症引发的牙齿疼痛的关系。方法:选择14个正常恒牙、10个正常乳牙及疼痛乳恒牙各12个的牙髓组织为实验对象,用基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)来显示牙髓的炎症状态;采用荧光定量PCR方法检测并比较人正常与疼痛乳恒牙牙髓组织中P2X3受体mRNA的表达水平。结果:恒牙疼痛组与正常组中P2X3受体mRNA的表达水平无明显差异(P>0.05),乳牙疼痛组中P2X3受体的表达较正常组增强(P<0.05),而乳牙正常组与疼痛组中P2X3受体的表达水平均分别高于恒牙正常组和疼痛组(P<0.05)。结论:P2X3受体可能参与乳牙牙髓炎疼痛的发生。AIM:To investigate the relationship between dental pain and P2X3 receptor expression level. METHODS:14 normal permanent molars,10 normal primary teeth,12 pulpitis permanent molars and 12 pulpitis pri-mary teeth were included.An increase in metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)was used to indicate pulpal inflammation in inflamed teeth.P2X3 receptor mRNA expression in tooth pulp was investigated using Real-Time fluorescence quantita-tive PCR.RESULTS:P2X3 receptor mRNA expression in normal and inflamed human permanent tooth pulp was simi-lar (P〉0.05),whereas P2X3 receptor mRNA was up-regulated in inflamed primary dental pulp as compared with normal primary dental pulp (P 〈0.05).In addition,P2X3 receptor expression was greater in primary dental pulp than that in permanent dental pulp (P〈0.05).CONCLUSION:P2X3 receptor may be related to primary tooth pulpitis pain.
