摘  要:目的研究健康者和偏瘫患者双侧多通道肌电特征的相关性,为基于肌电特征的训练与评估的阈值选择寻找参考依据。方法对4名健康者及16名BrunnstromⅡ-Ⅴ级的偏瘫患者根据规范的动作进行上肢双侧多通道表面肌电信号采集,验证人体双侧多通道表面肌电特征是否存在相关性。结果人体双侧多通道表面肌电特征具有同体相关性,健康者双侧多通道肌电特征的相关性最高,偏瘫患者随Brunnstrom等级的降低相关性逐次下降。结论同体对称侧多通道肌电特征的分析方法对虚拟训练及运动功能评估的阈值选取有借鉴意义。Objective To find references for threshold selection of training and evaluation based on s EMG features by investigating the healthy and the hemiplegic bilateral extremities correlation on multi-channel s EMG features. Methods The upper bilateral extremities' multi-channel s EMG signals were sampled from 4 healthy people and 16 Brunnstrom Ⅱ - Ⅴ hemiplegic patients according to normative movements to verify if there were any correlations among the bilateral multi-channel s EMG features. Results There were correlations among the same person's bilateral upper extremities multi-channel s EMG features; the correlation coefficient was the highest in the healthy group,and decreased progressively as the Brunnstrom grade decreased in the hemiplegic group. Conclusion The analytical method on the same person 's bilateral upper extremities multi-channel s EMG features can serve as a reference for the threshold selection of virtual training and motor function evaluation.
