摘  要:对齿轮钢20CrMn和20CrMnTi进行渗碳处理,分析了渗碳处理后齿轮钢组织和性能的变化规律。结果表明,20Cr Mn钢和20CrMnTi钢经渗碳处理后,渗层组织主要由针状马氏体和少量残余奥氏体组成,心部组织主要为板条马氏体。经980℃渗碳后,晶粒尺寸大于930℃渗碳后晶粒尺寸,抗拉强度和冲击功低于930℃渗碳处理时。20CrMn and 20CrMnTi gear steels were treated using carburization method, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steels were analyzed. The results show that, after carburizing treatment the carburization layers of 20CrMn and 20 CrMnTi steels mainly consists of acicular martensite and a small amount of residual austenite with lath martensite in the core. After carburizing at 980 ℃, the grain size of both steels is all larger than that at 930℃ but with poor tensile strength and impact toughness. Compared with 20CrMn, 20 CrMnTi steel has higher toughness.
