摘 要:基于实际生产工艺,依据汽车空调器壳件尺寸,建立挤压铸件的三维实体模型,并应用JSCAST计算机模拟软件对铸件成形过程进行分析。结果表明:空调器壳体铸件的填充性较好,未产生气孔等缺陷,但是在浇道口与壳体相接处存在较大厚度差,容易出现缩孔缩松等现象。提出改进措施,将浇道移到与缺陷位置相近处,起到浇道补缩作用,避免产生缩孔缩松。Based on actual production process, according to automobile air-conditioner shell size, a three-dimensional entity model of squeeze casting was established, JSCAST simulation software was used to analyze casting forming process. The results show that the air conditioner is filled on the shell castings without the defects such as porosity, but there are shrinkage cavity phenomenon such as shrinkage in the place that the runner connects with the shell due to a big thickness difference. Accordingly improvement measures are proposed, such as removing the runner to close to defect position, which can play a sprue feeding action, optimize the structure of castings, prevent the shell casting from porosity shrinkage phenomenon.
