摘　　要：为使双金属复合锤头锤柄复合部位的设计有一个标准,通过理论计算,推导出确定锤柄复合部位(镶块)大小的设计计算公式,阐述锤柄复合部位体积、结构和表面处理的设计过程。通过对各种影响因素的合理设计,达到复合部位与金属液的有效冶金结合。In order to make the design of double metal composite hammer handle composite parts standardization, through theoretical calculation, the formula for size design of hammer handle composite parts （insert） was deduced, and the size, structure and surface treatment process of hammer handle composite parts in design were elaborated. Through the rational design of various influencing factors, the effective metallurgical combination of composite parts and liquid metal is achieved.
