摘　　要：目的了解四川省大学生性行为发生情况及其影响因素,为高校开展性健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法分层整群抽取四川省3所医学和2所普通院校的4 081名大学生,采用问卷调查性行为发生情况,对影响因素进行多分类Logistic回归分析。结果 13.8%的大学生承认发生过性行为,其中9.6%,1.0%和0.6%分别与异性、双性和同性＂朋友＂有过性行为。异性朋友间性行为的危险因素为年龄（OR=1.16）、非医学类专业（OR=1.51）,保护因素为女性（OR=0.34）、每月生活费为〈500元（OR=0.29）和500~999元（OR=0.54）以及未恋爱（OR=0.10）;双性性行为的危险因素为非医学类专业（OR=2.25）,保护因素为女性（OR=0.14）以及每月生活费为500~999元（OR=0.28）;同性性行为的保护因素为年龄增长（OR=0.60）以及每月生活费为500~999元（OR=0.37）。结论大学生中的高危性行为现状不容忽视。双性性行为者很可能作为＂桥梁＂人群,将HIV从高危的同性性行为者向普通的异性性行为者传播。Objective To describe the prevalence of sexual behaviors among college students,to find out influencing factors,and to provide bases for sex health education in colleges. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate heterosexual and homosexual behaviors with their ’friends’ among 4 081 college students,multinomial logistic analysis was applied. Results About13.8% respondents admitted that they had sexual behavior in their lives. 9.6%,1.0% and 0.6% reported that they had sexual intercourse with their friends with different,both different and same,and same sex. The risk factors for heterosexual behavior with their friends were age（ OR = 1.16）,non-medical major（ OR = 1.51）,and the protective factors were female（ OR = 0.34）,monthly expenditure〈500（ OR = 0.29） and 500-999,and not in love（ OR = 0.10）.The risk factors for bisexual behavior with their friends were non-medical major（ OR = 2.25）,and the protective factors were female（ OR = 0.14）,and monthly expenditure 500-999 yuan（ OR =0.28）. The protective factors of homosexual behavior with their friends were age（ OR = 0. 60） and monthly expenditure 500- 999yuan（ OR = 0.37）（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are high risk sexual behaviors among college students. As bridge population,college students involved in bisexual behaviors may spread HIV from homosexual students to heterosexual students.
