摘  要:目的分析影响新疆大、中、小学不同层次教师职业紧张的主要应激因素,为制定教师职业健康保护措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取新疆不同层次6 600名教师,进行应激相关工作分析工具(ISTA 6.0)调查。结果不同层次教师的职业紧张因素各不相同。小学教师环境紧张、任务危险性维度得分最高(2.45±0.61,3.54±0.74,P值均<0.01),初中教师交流的可能性维度得分最高(3.16±0.49,P<0.01),高中教师合作的需求程度、任务不确定性、工作组织问题、注意力需求、时间压力等维度得分最高(2.96±0.77,2.50±0.75,2.61±0.59,2.70±0.78,2.77±0.8,P值均<0.01),大学教师复杂性、任务控制、参与、时间控制、合作的可能性、工作干扰以及合作的紧密性等维度得分最高(3.31±0.54,2.99±0.60,2.18±0.78,2.90±0.84,3.05±0.89,2.50±0.81,2.51±0.67,P值均<0.01);影响教师职业紧张的变量依次为教龄、学历、性别、民族、婚姻、月收入等。结论教师承受着较高的职业紧张,教龄和学历是影响教师职业紧张的主要因素。Objective To investigate occupation stress factors among teachers in colleges,middle and primary schools,and to analyze the main factors that affect different teachers’ occupation tension. Methods A total of 6 600 teachers were chosen by stratified cluster random sampling method,and their occupational stress was tested with ISTA6. 0. Results The primary school teachers scored highest in the environmental stress and task risk( P〈0.01); junior high school teachers scored highest in the possibility of communication( P〈0.01); high school teachers scored highest in the cooperative demand degree,task uncertainty,organizational issues,attention to work demand and time pressure( P〈0.01); University teachers scored highest in complexity,task control,participation,time control,the possibility of cooperation,work interference and close cooperation( P〈0.01); the influencing factors of teachers ’ job stress were age,education,gender,nationality,marriage,income and other. Conclusion Occupation stress factors of teachers at different levels are not the same; teachers bear the higher occupation tension; seniority and education level are the main factors influencing the teacher occupation tension.
