摘 要:目的了解中学教师亚健康与生活事件的关系,为制定教师人群的健康促进策略及积极的应对方式提供参考。方法在广州市随机抽取3个区(萝岗区、荔湾区、增城区)共8 111名中学教师为调查对象,由调查员在体检时进行现场调查,问卷当场收回。随后结合"亚健康自评量表"进行评价,并依据体检报告排除患实质性疾病者。再随机选出114例诊断明确的亚健康者进行1∶4配比病例对照研究,运用条件Logistic回归分析方法处理资料。结果中学教师经历生活事件对亚健康的发生影响有统计学意义(OR=7.433,95%CI=4.391~12.583,P〈0.01)。条件Logistic分析显示,最常见诱发亚健康发生的生活事件有家庭不和(OR=17.699,95%CI=1.929~162.436)、婚姻问题(OR=11.940,95%CI=1.214~117.428)、家人病重(OR=7.006,95%CI=2.207~22.243)、频繁加班(OR=6.794,95%CI=4.283~10.777)、亲人或好友亡故(OR=6.635,95%CI=3.686~10.127)、情感问题(OR=5.889,95%CI=2.225~15.585)、子女问题(OR=3.505,95%CI=1.714~7.167)、经济上困境(OR=3.156,95%CI=1.855~5.370)、生活方式改变(OR=2.956,95%CI=1.277~6.846)。结论生活事件是中学教师发生亚健康的危险因素。积极消除或缓解应激性生活事件,加强教师压力管理,提高应对能力,对中学教师亚健康的预防及干预有着重要的实践意义。Objective To investigate the associations between sub-health and life events among middle school teachers.Methods A total of 8 111 middle school teachers were randomly selected from 3 districts in Guangzhou including Luogang,Liwan,and Zengcheng.Sub-Health Measurement Scale V1.0( SHMS V1.0) was filled in by the subjects during physical examination.The evaluation of sub-health was performed in accordance with the medical examination report and the SHMS V1.0. A total of 114 participants with definite diagnosis of sub-health and 1 ∶ 4 matched controls were selected into the final analysis.Multinomial logistic regression models were used to estimate the associations between sub-health and life events. Results Middle school teachers who experienced life events had high risk of sub-health[OR = 7.433,95%CI = 4.391-12.583( P〈 0.01) ]. In univariate analysis,life events that could increase the risk of sub-health included family dissension( OR: 17.699,95%CI: 1.929-162.436),marital problems( OR: 11.940,95%CI: 1.214-117.428),being seriously ill of family member( OR: 7.006,95%CI: 2.207-22.243),always working overtime( OR: 6.794,95%CI: 4.283-10.777),death of relatives or friends( OR: 6.635,95%CI: 3.686-10.127),emotional problems( OR: 5.889,95%CI: 2.225-15.585),children’s problems( OR: 3. 505,95% CI: 1. 714- 7. 167),economic woes( OR: 3. 156,95%CI: 1.855-5.370),lifestyle changes( OR: 2.956,95% CI: 1.277- 6.846). Conclusion Among Chinese middle school teachers,stressful life events may contribute to sub-health.Our results suggest that middle school administrators could support the development of psychological capital in their staff to alleviate sub-health symptoms.
