摘  要:目的建立工作场所空气中甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的活性炭管采集溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,二甲基甲酰胺-二硫化碳(1∶1,V/V)溶液解吸,经毛细管气相色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。结果 GMA质量浓度在3.78~151.00 mg/L呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,检出限为0.06 mg/L,定量下限为0.20 mg/L,最低检出浓度和最低定量浓度分别为0.02和0.07 mg/m3(以采集3.00 L空气计);平均解吸效率为94.00%~99.10%,批内、批间精密度分别为1.34%~2.46%和2.30%~4.11%。空气样品在-20℃冰箱中至少可保存7 d。结论本方法灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,操作方法简单,适用于工作场所空气中GMA的采样与检测。Objective To establish a method for determination of glycidyl methacrylate( GMA) in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography. Methods GMA in the air of workplace was collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with solvent( dimethylformamide-carbon disulfide,1 ∶ 1,V / V),then separated by capillary gas chromatography column and analyzed by flame ionization detector. Results The linearity range of GMA mass concentration was 3. 78-151. 00 mg / L,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8. The limited detectable mass concentration was 0. 06 mg / L,the limited quantitative mass concentration was 0. 20 mg / L. The minimum detectable and quantitative mass concentration were 0. 02 and 0. 07 mg / m3respectively( 3. 00 L sample). The average desorption efficiency was 94. 00%-99. 10%. The within-run and the between-run precision were 1. 34%-2. 46% and 2. 30%-4. 11% respectively. Samples could be stored for at least 7 days in refrigerator at- 20 ℃. Conclusion The method for determination of GMA by solvent desorption-gas chromatography has advantages of high sensitivity,good precision and accuracy,simple operation,which could be widely applied in sampling and detection of GMA.
